Parking downtown can be a challenge, but not here at Better Hearing Centers. Our deluxe size parking lot is cornered by State street and Spring Alley just outside our side windows, and is reserved strictly for our valued patients. If you or a loved one requires special accessibility, we have installed a ramp in order to make our clinic a place where everyone can arrive comfortably and safely.

Walking through the doors of Better Hearing feels like you just walked in to a friend’s home. Next is a friendly greeting with a warm smile and a pleasant “hello” from Sandy our Lead patient care coordinator. All the team are fluent in small talk, making conversation about life in general and love finding out what you choose to share. Then you can take a moment in a comfortable chair as there is always something entertaining to watch in the waiting area. Many of our patients love guessing the value of a Price is Right showcase, as well as working up an appetite watching delicious recipes be prepared on Food Network.

While being sat comfortably you complete a simple form that provides your Specialist with a detailed picture of your relevant medical & hearing health history. The front office staff treat you like a guest in their home, offering a beverage of your choice. A hot cup of fresh coffee, green tea or an ice cold diet coke. Water is always available, and of course you can take one for the road following your time with us. We know how valuable your time is and because of that we strive to be efficient with our schedule as well as inform you of wait time.
