Art has been a resident of Paducah since 1957. He worked for Beltone part time while attending Western Kentucky University and Murray State 1971 to 1975. Art started working full-time in 1975, from field specialist, to managing an office, to owner operator. Now managing the Paducah office. He has 44 years experience. Past member of Ky Licensure board, member of Paducah Kiwanis, attend St. Thomas Church. Our office is located in the heart of downtown Paducah, easy access and wheel chair accessible. When you come to our office you will see me.

You will find us between 10th and 9th street on the right side of the road. This is an important detail because in this town our street numbers run the opposite of others. Our building is a brown brick building that we share with State Farm Insurance. We are the door on the right side. If you are familiar with downtown Paducah we are one block after you cross the railroad tracks. Also We are one building away from Fat Moe’s restaurant.
